  2. Morning, gang...and Andi with her language puzzle. ::g::

I am still waiting for spring to show her face. Today is chilly & rainy and I am at the mimes. Bah.

At least tomorrow is the real weekend!

  3. Nice shot there… I've never noticed pine needles holding water beads like that before, and now I wonder why.

Mason woke up whiny. Fortunately, after a bathroom break, he got on the divan and conked right back out.

Question for Maria and Kelly: do your publishers ever get a "quality notice" from Amazon with a single typo catch? I got one this week. Don't get me wrong, I was happy to fix it. My editor had sent a few 13th-hour changes that didn't get in back at publication time, and weren't flagged, so I dealt with those too. I also took the opportunity to update the front matter, and added an excerpt for an upcoming book. I was just curious how the Zon deals with larger entities.

  4. Old Man Pine Whiskers :)

Whew Friday!!! Two hockey games this weekend and both are being worked by Wesley. He's so proud of his team!!!!! He's really neat to watch over this all. A sense of pride and yet a deep caution of all hockey paranoia. Hockey players and hockey husbands tend to be very superstitious freaks. Every now and then it even spills on to me and I get a little freaky with the "don't jinx" stuff.

Not sure what I am going to do with my day up until having to pick up Wes from his program. (On days he works games, we pick him up early from school so he can come home and shower up/dress. So he can make the bus and Max on time.)

Have a great weekend and may the Norse Gods look down on you with good graces and so that you may go forth and pillage and eat big manly pieces of meat.

  5. Hi, all. Pretty out but still colder than one would expect. At least there is no precipitation.

    Happy Friday.
