  1. Morning all. Went up to Indy yesterday for the closing on Mom's condo so now it's both empty and not our problem. And it rained really hard for several hours. So yesterday was a very good day here. Hope everybody else had a good one.

  2. Yay for that burden being shed, andi! And for the rain. We had the same here - well, the rain, anyway.

I keep track of the seasons through your pictures, since we don't see much of a change here. Love them! I wouldn't mind spending a day driving through Vermont right now, though...

I'll keep an eye on PG for you, LK. :)

Off to work. Hope everyone has a productive, relaxing, fun-filled weekend.

  3. Glad the closing went through. How's your mom doing now that this life-changing transition is complete?

Fall has begun to show itself here, too, although I have not been able to get any good pictures yet. Will post if I can snap anything worth it.

    Happy weekend to all.

  4. Very sorry to hear about FM's fire and not being able to have George with him in the new place. That's really the pits. Hope he lands on his feet and gets to see lots of George even if they can't live together.

  7. I'll bet New England is getting gorgeous about now, Beth. Time for a family visit?

She's doing pretty good, Jen. She really likes the place -- they have tons of stuff to do and Mom loves being busy. The food is good and Mom loves to eat. It's just getting used to a new living space that's been somewhat hard on her.

    I hope so too, Kelly.

    Thanks, Candis.

    Happy writing, Larry.

Off to Cincy to see Jim's mom. Hope everybody has a fine Sunday.

  8. I think I'm caught up.

Back home in wonderful Portland. Great time in San Jose! Homeland Security can suck my behind though on two counts. I got "locked down" with 7 others in the jetway tube. We got off the plane and were first off, and then all these security types swooped in and locked the door and the door leading back to the plane. No explanation just that there was a lock down and that it could take minutes or days. Of course, that was when my body decided it really had to go pee. So this one man asked, "is someone among this group a person of interest?" LOL Turns out a little child ran through a place they shouldn't have. BFD.

Oh, Wesley did go out on the Timbers soccer field with TOPPS team and he scored the winning goal. The game was played during half time of the Timbers game. I don't have any pictures yet.

((((Kelly))))) I'm so sorry for your loss and I'm sending you all sorts of pink hugs.

Oh no Family Man and Georgster! The saddest part is that he and George are separated.

I've decided to go back to school this Winter. I don't know why I have procrastinated. I'll take writing classes. Lots of ideas but all scattered.

Missed yoga and watched some great stuff about it, "Enlighten Up" was pretty cool.

Good to be home. But was wonderful to see my best friend. Too damn hot in California and the drivers are cuhrazy! :)

  9. My fam is in Australia and New Zealand for a month, andi. So no visiting this fall. I'll just have to enjoy the fall colors in your pictures.

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I'll check in when I get back from Planet Georgia -
