  1. ... continued from yesterday.

Thanks, Dina. It's un-springlike here too -- except it's because the high was 86. Yuck.

I'm trying to send that green up to north to you, Candis.

Nicky, for US taxes your trip to Malice be a business expense. Does it work the same in England?

  2. Jack in the green. :)

Up early. My body clock is really well set for getting up around 6:30 a.m. even though I don't have mimes today. Going to work on audio recording this a.m., then taking it easy in the afternoon. High of near 90. Total yuck, but hooray for a/c.

Nicola, I'd love it if you came to Malice next year!!

  3. Hi, all. Nicola, definitely come to Malice. It is wonderful!

We are still having very cool temps with a bit of rain. Could be worse.

    Happy Friday!

  4. Adding green flowers (petals, IBs, leaves) to the list of green things. I'm still waiting to see the green sky. :D

    Hello everyone!

  5. Cool capture!

Last night was Daughter Dearest's last hurrah at the high school. She conducted a bunch of the numbers at their spring concert and got some recognition afterwards. We got home about 11:30, Mason woke up just enough to complain for a few seconds about getting changed into pajamas & put to bed. :-P

My #FridayFlash this week is a fable inside a fantasy world… found it kicking around in my hard drive last week. Can't remember what I was thinking when I wrote it.

Well, off to lunch. Must go to Panera, because I need wifi today to deal with something I should have done yesterday afternoon.

  6. Howdy all. Had an interesting chat with my Doc today. Turns out I've got either exercise induced asthma or asymptomatic asthma and have been operating at about sixty percent of where I should be breathing wise most of my life. Which, in turn means that I've also been operating somewhere below where I should be for energy level. Who knew? Anyway, with the right treatment I should be running faster and better soon as well as generally having more energy. Laura says the idea that if this is me operating below optimum for energy the entire time she's known me that the future hold terrifying possibility.

  7. 90!?! Yuck, Maria.

    Happy Friday to you Dina.

We'd need an aurora here for a green sky, Candis, and I'm pretty sure that isn't going to happen. :P

When I go to Panera, Larry, it's because I want the Thai Chopped Chicken Salad or the vegetable soup.

It's kind of amazing, Kelly, that it would have taken so long for them to find this out. And my best wishes to Laura on surviving your change of life. ;)

    1. Yeah, I was mentioning that to Andi tonight in our email chat. Green skies are bad news here too. (We had a storm last night and lost power for a bit.)
