  1. Morning Gang two days in a row.

Maria, I'm thinking Darth Vadar had a CPAP so you're in good company. I think this may give your creativity a boon. Better breathing and better sleep. Kit may have a different spin on this new machine but I appreciate white noise myself.

May trip sounds wonderful, Andi. I know you've been out to Utah before. How fun to be able to go places more off season.

Waves to all as off to start my day. Busy switching over the second semester and dealing with schedule changes. Jim, enjoy missing out on all that school fun.
    Terrific Tuesday to all.

  2. Lisa, yesterday I suddenly realized what one of the "weirdest" experiences of our retirement was -- being in a car with Jim in a school zone with lights flashing because children are present. :)

  3. Morning, gang!

In a hurry this a.m. so I shall wave to you all and exit, stage right.

  4. Morning, all.

Andi, I love that! Must have been a very strange sensation.

Lisa, I am a white noise advocate and have been for years. Can't sleep without it any more.

    Happy hump day all!

  6. Hey all!

Lisa (from yesterday) — thanks for the thumbs up. Recognition is always nice.

Maria, Daughter Dearest has a CPAP. Also keep a box of breathe-right strips around in case the power goes out.

A SOPA thought struck me: all authors, traditional, independent, and aspiring, should all be contacting our reprehensibles. While the goplets probably have to have their staff read letters to them, books are also pirated and thus we're supposed beneficiaries of this shiny turd of a bill. Thus, as content providers ourselves, our opinions should carry some weight. My congressslime is a wingnut, as one would expect from Planet Georgia, and thus has not met repressive legislation he doesn't like. But it's worth a shot.

  7. re: SOPA - I did my due diligence & contacted Congresspeeps a while ago. I'm hoping that with all the protests, and now even 2 co-sponsors dropping support, the bad bills will die their deserving deaths.

  8. Hi all. Had my own blackout -- up in Indy all day with my mom. All done in. Night.
