"Forever Young"
by Bob Dylan

May God bless and keep you always
May your wishes all come true
May you always do for others
And let others do for you
May you build a ladder to the stars
And climb on every rung
May you stay forever young
Forever young, forever young
May you stay forever young.

May you grow up to be righteous
May you grow up to be true
May you always know the truth
And see the lights surrounding you
May you always be courageous
Stand upright and be strong
May you stay forever young
Forever young, forever young
May you stay forever young.

May your hands always be busy
May your feet always be swift
May you have a strong foundation
When the winds of changes shift
May your heart always be joyful
And may your song always be sung
May you stay forever young
Forever young, forever young
May you stay forever young.

  1. Each student got to ask two people to be in their picture. No people could be in a picture more than one time together. No one can be in more than 4 pictures. The each got a copy of every picture that they are in.

  4. Hallooo,

Book I back in with production folks. Book II off to editor. Book III starts tomorrow. I think I need a nap. Well, after I do another five bike miles, go for a run, and hit the weight machine.

Hope life is being nice to everyone else.

  5. Janet, I get a lot of pleasure from seeing former students, parents, and other teachers stop and look at the collages that hang in a hallway.

Thanks, dina. Most of my best ideas are borrowed (stolen), but that one was all my own. I hope someone at school picks it up. It seems to mean a lot to the kids.

Kelly, I got in a bike ride today too.

  6. Great tradition, Jim. I'm with you, I hope someone else there takes it up.

Got to Mom's place (NC mountains) late Friday evening. Mason travelled really well this time, esp. with Daughter Dearest to keep him entertained. No bike ride today, but did take a long hike with Mom. Got a few pictures here & here.

Mason is fighting sleep with everything he's got right now, mostly laughter. I got my self-edits finished on White Pickups, so I'll send it to some beta readers next week. Good times.
