  1. Pretty, pretty flowers...

We've swung back into OMGSummer temps. Guess our respite couldn't last.

Lisa, I heard there were big bad t'storms up your way. You okay?

Hoping to spend a fairly even-tempered day @ the mimes today, though I did manage to start off by leaving my phone & inside glasses at home. ::facepalm:: Oh well!

    Happy Wednesday!

  2. Andi, I like the bottom-left one. Something about the floppy petals, I guess.

Janet (from yesterday), thanks much — it was a popular story judging from hits & comments.

Hi Maria! That would suck for me, I only have the one pair of glasses & not having my phone would mean I'd have no sudoku through the day. :-P

I've posted a Wednesday Wibbles. Anyone using Scrivener on a Mac, the post has some details about how I automatically copy backup files to Dropbox. Effortless, once set up.

Hugs, waves, and blackberry pie for all coming after!

  3. Morning Gang!!!

    FLOWERS!!!! Thanks, Andi.

Wind and thunder and a little over an inch of rain here. No real damage or problem for us. Hubby pulled a small limb that fell out of the back yard. Boy, we needed the rain.

Farf, Blackberry pie--Super Yum. And those cedar plank chops and salmon looked yum too.

Going on mini-vacation tomorrow to a writer friend's house in the metroplex. We'll work on writing for Thurs and Fri and I'll spend Thurs night at her house. Plenty exciting for me.
I'm cooking a pork loin to take. Always nice to share good food. Lean and healthy too.

    Waves to all.

  4. Sorry about that - having a bit of trouble with Firefox today.

We have thunderstorms and the kitties are not liking it at all! But I think it is cutting the humidity so I welcome them.

  5. We're going in the opposite direction from you, Maria, and dropping down into the 70s.

That one is a white violet (love that contradiction), Farf.

Howdy Lisa. Glad you got the rain and without any damage too. Your vacation sounds like a great time. Enjoy!

Keep those kitties safe from those big boomers, Dina.

  7. Jealous, jealous, jealous, Mary.

Thanks, Candis. Now all they need is for you to come photograph them so everybody can see how really gorgeous they are.
