  1. Love the colors and texture of the fall.
Feeling much better this morning. Slept and watched trash tv yesterday afternoon and evening. Hubby out of town with scouts so a bit quieter.
Daughter off to a Habitat for Humanity building project this morning and taking both dogs to dog park this afternoon.

Rejection feels good. Got my first two rejections yesterday. Felt good just to hear from somebody. Will send out some more queries this weekend. Now if I get a long string of these without a request for a partial or a full--Bah.

Maria--recovery time for both of us. May the force be in your keyboard.

Happy trails and safe driving Beth.

Andi, so glad Mom is doing well.

Waves to Farf, Kelly, Dina, and all to come.
    Sensational Saturday to all.

  2. Morning, all.

Andi, glad your mom is doing well!

Farf, Mason continues to be utterly adorable!!

Me: I think I'm going back to bed. I whipped out 2400 words yesterday in one of those writing frenzies. Today, I'm just beat. :(

    ::waves to all::

  3. Hey all! Love that pic, Andi, makes me want to be in it even if I have my own interpretation that's more looking up to green and gold. ;-)

Rest, Lisa and Maria. Rest, plenty of fluids, whatever kind of music gets you out of yourself for a while.

Lisa, rejections are good I suppose, but requests are better! :D

I think Maria was referring to the pic in my weekend to-do list, that I posted last night. And now… it's time for coffee, breakfast, and attacking the list. Later!

  4. Lisa, big congratulations on the rejections! You should go out and celebrate, seriously. Here's why.

    Maria, get well. Now.

Heyo FarF. Hope life it treating you well.

Andi, yes, totally freaked about not getting the roof fixed until spring, but the shingle need heat to bond properly and that's no longer an option. Sigh.

Waves and hallooos to everyone else.

  5. Glad you're feeling better, Lisa, and especially glad you aren't letting the rejections defeat you.

I think you are inspiring writer, Maria -- because just reading that you were planning on going to bed has convinced me I need to take a nap.

Gorgeous fall shot, Farf. I love those colors against the oh-so-blue background. And that definitely is an adorable picture of Mason.

I'll be hoping to read about an extended warm spell in Wisconsin, Kelly. Global warming needs to make itself useful.
